KTVK Ch. 3: New Mental Health Mural at Arizona Center

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month. The Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix just unveiled a new mural to celebrate self identity and diversity. It’s called “Expressing Ourselves” and you can find it at the top floor of the parking garage. It’s a depiction of self-expression and adversity. It took them a few months to make and it was done with input from professional artists, local youth and others in the community. Keiko Ratcliffe is with a group that painted the mural, and she said all their foundations art will have a similar theme.
